Mark A. Teehan has more than 45 years of experience as a workers’ compensation defense attorney. Mark worked for the Boston office of Murphy and Beane since 1980. He has been managing attorney of the Boston office since 2004 and recently became owner of the Boston office.
His practice includes representation of insurers and self-insured employers before Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and federal agencies, as well as participation in mediations and arbitrations involving workers’ compensation matters.

Paul A. Brien has 40 years of experience as a workers’ compensation defense attorney.
